Full Journal pdf2017-02-01 House Journal Page 0159 HJR 6 The following was read the second time: HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 6 Expressing the Alaska State Legislature's support and appreciation for legislation introduced by the state's congressional delegation that would allow for the construction of a single-lane gravel road through the Izembek National Wildlife Refuge, connecting the community of King Cove with the Cold Bay Airport; and urging the United States Congress to pass the legislation. with the: Journal Page RES RPT CS(RES) 8DP 1NR 129 FN1: ZERO(LEG) 129 Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original resolution: CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 6(RES) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Tarr: Page 2, line 29, through page 3, line 1: Delete all material. 2017-02-01 House Journal Page 0160 Page 3, line 3: Delete "once again provide" Insert "ensure continuing" Representative Tarr moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHJR 6(RES) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHJR 6(RES) am was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHJR 6(RES) am pass the House?"
